Chasing waterfalls is one of our favorite activities to do whilst visiting Bali, especially in the wet season when the water flow is at its peak.

With Bali being home to a plethora of gorgeous waterfalls, each being completely different from the next there’s no way you’ll get sick of spending your days exploring these beauties.

A majority of these Bali waterfalls are located central and close to Ubud (except one that we’ve mentioned at the end… we couldn’t resist talking about it!)

None of these Bali waterfalls could possibly disappoint you in the slightest.

Every single one we’ve seen has truly blown us away with its eccentricity and unflustered aura.

A gem in Bali not so hidden but oh so beautiful! Tegenungan Waterfall is one of those Bali waterfalls everyone should experience during their trip.

It may not be the most secluded or private experience, but it sure is a beautiful one.

Conveniently located just 25 minutes from Ubud, there’s no reason you won’t be able to get yourself to this wonderful Bali waterfall during your travels.

Tibumana Waterfall also only takes 25 minutes to travel to from Ubud.

We love finding ourselves at Kanto Lampo Waterfall during our Bali adventures! This hidden gem is a must-see for anyone visiting Bali.

Being quite accessible for most people with only a 5-minute walk down some stairs, there’s no reason you shouldn’t visit this little tropical oasis.

Be sure to get there early, otherwise you run the risk of it being too crowded if you visit later on in the day!

Tukad Cepung Waterfall

Opening Hours: Always Open

Can You Swim Here? Yes, however it’s not really deep enough to swim in. 

Time To Walk From Carpark: 10-15 minutes

Hands down the most unique waterfall out of all of the Bali waterfalls included in this list, and all because it’s nestled inside a beautiful Bali cave.

Every part of the day shines a different array of sunbeams illuminating the cave, making for a truly magical experience!

The waterfall isn’t the only gorgeous thing here.

If you follow the stream from the waterfall you’ll be walking through a little jungle oasis.

If this doesn’t define serenity then I don’t know what does.

Tukad Cepung Waterfall Bali is indeed one of the best waterfalls in Bali, so do yourself a favor and check it out for yourself.

Time To Walk From Carpark: 10 minutes

Sekumpul Waterfall is one of those Bali waterfalls that you won’t soon forget. This short ten minute walk will lead to in what feels like another world you won’t want to leave.

If there’s one waterfall in Bali you shouldn’t miss out on, it’s this one.

Tiu Kelep Waterfall

Time To Walk From Carpark: 45 minutes (it’s worth every minute)

This is easily the best waterfall I’ve ever seen so far!

The water cascades so majestically yet so powerfully, while the sounds echo off the rocks as the mist gently kisses your skin.

Tiu Kelep Waterfall is something everyone needs to experience.

I know this waterfall isn’t technically located in Bali, but it deserved to be mentioned.

If you’re going all the way to Bali for a tropical adventure you may as well take a quick trip to Lombok and check out Tiu Kelep Waterfall!
