Abandoned Planes

Location: Kutuh, South Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali 80361, Indonesia

So apparently this plane was meant to be a restaurant however the building permit has not been authorized yet.

This old Indonesian aircraft was bought by an Australian in pieces and set it up in this location. There are reportedly boxes of cutlery, tables, and other restaurant necessities just waiting to be set up.

It’s been sitting there for two years, so we just wonder if it will ever turn into the restaurant it was meant to be!

Whether this is a true story or not, it is a pretty cool thing to see and it was definitely on our Bali bucket list!

PS: There are plenty of other abandoned aircraft scattered around Bali that you can check out too!
